About

SHELBY PARKS is a voice actress, freelance photographer, and illustrator in DFW, Texas. She has been published in poetry compendiums, had her artwork featured in magazines and local galleries, and has recently published her first children's coloring book, "Easter with Figgy! A Christian Coloring Book" which is now available for purchase on Amazon. She has also been selected to be featured in the IlluminART Creative Faith Box as a monthly featured artist for her oil on canvas paintings. Shelby specializes in Japanese comic book style and semi-realism, but also works deftly with oils, watercolor, ink, and digital mediums.In addition to her artistic repertoire, Shelby has also had extensive training in singing, and vocal technique with leading professionals in the industry. She has been commended for her live performances as a backup singer for the cover band Double Vision, her voice acting work, and colossal, near four octave range. She has also collaborated as a vocalist and songwriter with other budding artists in the field.When she isn't busy singing or creating, Shelby likes to play the kalimba, and take care of her two budgies.For art commissions, or other business inquiries feel free to get in touch.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of service.All prices and payments are in USD.Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission.When commissioning me you will (NOT) receive a physical product. All deliveries will be downloadable, high-res digital files.Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can meet it.I do not offer refunds for any reason, but feel free to ask for revisions. (Minor changes only.)I will send you WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the piece.I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so if you take longer than 24 hours to approve the sketch, please understand that my completion time will also take longer.Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have complete rights of the design for commercial use and resale.I reserve all rights to my artwork unless otherwise stated, or negotiated..........Commercial Fees:2x price for artwork that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers etc (eg: emote costs: $35 —> $35 x 2 = $70; $70 + $35 = total $105)3x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise ex: pillows, prints, keychains, etc (eg: emote costs: $35 —> $35 x 3 = $105; $105 + $35 = total $140)If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement, I reserve the right to decline future commissions.Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any commission for any reason, or for commissions that I see unfit, or not in compliance with my terms.
